Having Mix Range of Emotions – Is it Really Good Or Bad ?
As a human being we have Mix Range of Emotions within Ourselves.
But is it Really Good or Bad for us ?
We can take it Either way !
We would Laugh, we would Cry, we would get Annoyed also. It comes spontaneously.
It becomes unstoppable to control those instantaneously emotions within us which is only the Reactions of that particular instance. It could be negative or it could be Positive Emotion. If it is negative then there is an issue because it would bring Destruction only.
Solution to this problem is only one. Just try to focus on Brighter side of life, a Happier one, without sorrows, guilt and anger. Give very clear commands to your brain that is it really important to get carried away with these issues or there is some other way to handle it.
Before getting annoyed on any issue just ask within for a second or two, – does it really requires such hotness in words or acts as to deal this right away. Is it necessary to react this way only? Is really any Violence required to reach conclusions ?
Answers are very simple, friends ! It really does not require any negative forces to get solutions of any problems. It is only Positive Energy, Positive Approach, Positive Mental Attitude which actually wins the hearts.
There is nothing else which could provide you satisfactory end results. Once you would suppress your Ego which strongly says that go and try to win others, just teach a proper lesson to opponents as they deserve to be treated like this way only. Whatever it says, it actually tries to demean others and that too for no valid reasons all the time.
We have to overcome these Wrong notions of Ego.
If you can listen your inner self which says very clearly to us as not to hear these voices anymore but we get carried away and do wrong activities with others and with us also. Later on when our brain and body gets normal after doing all bad acts, then in peaceful times we regret doing Anger, Violence unnecessarily on all such things.
It denotes that all the regrets which we use to do later, could be avoided beforehand, only if our anger and violence could be controlled well in advance. There is no Rocket Science involved in it as to learn this technique.
But it is very important to learn as how you could do this. It is important because it can upgrade you miraculously.
You would be a different person all together once you follow basic principles to control your negative emotions by replacing them with Positive Energies.
