He is a Author and co-author of several books including his famous Motivational Book namely “Zindagi Ko Kaise Kahe WAH !”
We are Sharing his valuable inputs with our readers – so that one could also have a Feel and Sense – as how to get more Ignited, Enlightened and Benefited.
“O My Dear, If Your Dreams are Dear and Clear, Who Can Stop You to Steer with Cheer.” In a opening note Dr. Batra inspires youth & students to have Dreams which are dear and clear.
For Students he strongly recommends to Optimize Passion. He said: “Since Mental force and dedication is much powerful then physical strength so students should focus on their positive aspects to create newer avenues through this.” He added that “With a Passionate Presence of Mind one can achieve anything which he Dreams of.”
On a motivational message for students while having importance of Faith Dr. Batra contributed, “Faith can move Mountains”.
He Narrated three lines on importance of Faith which Students should imply within as to get better results in their life are:
“Faith Sees the Invisible,
Faith Believes the Incredible,
Faith Delivers the Impossible”
In reference with the same, Dr. Batra appreciates Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam efforts for putting himself First as a Student –a Learner then a Teacher – a Scientist and finally becoming a President of India. He never wanted to be remembered as researcher, but as a Teacher only.
Dr. Batra mentioned the importance of his contribution that “India 20:20 – A Vision for The New Millennium” a famous book written by APJ Abdul Kalam, and a message which Truly inspires Youth:
“Thinking is Growth. Non-Thinking is the Destruction of Society. Only the Vision of the Nation can Ignite Young Minds. The Ignited Mind is the most powerful resource on the earth.
Dream, Dream, Dream. Think, Think, Think. And then put that Thought into Action, Action, Action.” – APJ Abdul Kalam
Dr. Satish was quite revolutionary on few matters while explaining his viewpoints on Teaching Profession and Teachers especially.
On a question : Why mostly Teachers are not found giving classes in Government Colleges but instead Teaching in Private Coaching Institutes ?
“Unfortunately, Maximum of Teachers are becoming Grabbers Now and Wants to Grab as much as they Can” – Says Dr. Batra.“Surprisingly, mostly Government Teachers You would found them taking coaching classes in private coaching institutes in Lal Kothi Area. They use to come in Colleges in morning, punch their cards, then give lectures in private coaching institutes.” He further added.
But Why Teachers Do so?
He said “Sadly, Just For Earning Extra Money ! It’s Money Factor what they are focused only and which Motivates them to teach privately rather than in government colleges.”
“Students should also ask from their Teachers as why they are absent from colleges and instead teaching in private coaching institutes. I paid a fees for college and not getting classes. Why ?” – He told straightly.
Dr. Batra continued “Until so called “Lal Kothi Jaipur University” format is running, we would find most of our quality teachers giving classes there only and that too in their official duty timings. Sadly, there is no proper check and control systems on selection and appointment of their Teachers and working guidelines on these private coaching Institutes. But time has arrived that government bodies should look into this seriously and rethink on regulating this ongoing format of Private Coaching Institutes, which is becoming quite alarming now”
Dr. Batra shared “Mass is Suffering and Class is going to get Advantages in all streams. Teaching is most noble profession and teacher should also respect this before taking any wrong path.” He strongly holds a belief that “There should be no Politicization on Academics and it should remain clean like “Gangotri.”
Dr. Batra has very practical approach to rectify the errors which has occurred due to negligence of system, authorities, and by unintentional contribution of students & parents too.
He remembered the famous quotes of Rabindranath Tagore as to further give message of inspiration to his Long Time Associated Teachers community especially:
I Slept and Dreamed that Life was Joy,
I Awoke and saw that Life was Service,
I Acted and Behold, Service was Joy.
He told that “We are not able to take righteous action for our students. We have to make them employable youth because they are potential dividend but if not used properly then they would become the worst available unemployed youth.”
Simultaneously, Dr. Batra also appreciated “Skill India Movement” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As per him, “At least something is initiated on this burning Issue. There are now superior chances as youth will become more employable.”
He advocates youth and students to read Holy Book – Geeta, and further Following principles of Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Swami Vivekanand, Tulsidas, & Rabindranath Tagore.
He told that “Size of Dog is not important but the Size of Fight in Dog is Important same way what matters is not the size of the Heart but Size of the Spirit in the Heart what make life wonderful.”
Dr. Satish Batra signs off with his Three special Igniting Messages :
